A) In most cases the purchaser will pay this, however it is the responsibility of the owner to agree this prior to arranging a sale.

Q) How long will it take to sell my ownership?
A) It is hard to tell, it will depend on many factors such as price, location and time of year etc.
Q) How long will it take to complete the sale procedure?
A) In most cases somewhere between 6 to 10 weeks.
Q) What happens to banked weeks?
A) This is entirely upto you the seller, and if you wish to include it with the sale you are well within yours rights to do so.
