A) Maintenance fees are an annual cost to maintain and run a resort.

Q) Who will process the sale?

A) We recomend that you locate a suitable closing company.

Q) How will pay the transfer costs?

A) In most cases the purchaser will pay all closing costs.

Q) How much do I pay Timeshare Worldwide Resales?

A) The purchaser does not owe Timeshare Worldwide Resales any money at all.

Q) How do I know the ownership is paid for in all?

A) You will need to satisfy yourself that the ownership is paid in full. This maybe achieved by contacting the resort themselves, or employing a company to do this at your cost.

Q) Are all rights and priviledges passed over when the transfer is made?

A) This will depend on the ownership in question and the owner should furnish you with this information.
